How does the pricing work?
You pay a one-time €79 (launch price until Dec 31, 2026) and use the software forever. Updates and support are available from year 2 onward, optionally, for €39/year.
Which languages is the software available in?
The interface is available in German, English and Polish and can be switched at any time in the settings – plus a light and a dark design.
Can I import or export my property data?
Yes. Properties can be exported to CSV and imported again – handy for switching from another program, for backups, or for bulk edits.
How does calendar sync (iCal) work?
For each property you add the iCal calendar address from portals such as Airbnb or Booking.com. Bookings sync with one click – your data stays local.
How secure is my data?
Your data is stored exclusively on your own computer – no cloud storage with us or third parties. For a legal assessment of your specific data processing, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.
What happens without a support renewal?
The software keeps working fully. You just miss out on new features and direct support.
Why does the price go up later?
The current price of €79 is a launch offer valid until Dec 31, 2026. From January 1, 2027 the regular price is €149.
Desktop or vermero Cloud – which fits me?
Both are vermero, just used differently: Desktop if you want to pay once and keep your data local. vermero Cloud (from €14/month, 14-day free trial) if you work from multiple devices and want automatic updates. Both are significantly cheaper than comparable third-party software.
